A digital story created with Sharon, a long term hospital in-patient, who was trying an external catheter for the first time.
The purpose of this project was to encourage nurses to think holistically about their patients and consider the external catheter, which is a new medical device, as an option for suitable patients. Sharon shares how easy and less invasive this catheter is, compared to the current standard.
This story is bright, colourful and slightly cheeky to reflect Sharon's personality, it is hoped that her enthusiasm will encourage other patients to use the product.
